Job Description: School of ABA LLC is a leading provider of behavior analysis services, committed to promoting the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, implement evidence-based practices, and make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we serve. Responsibilities:

Implement behavior support plans and interventions developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or supervisor.
Utilize person-centered approaches and evidence-based strategies to teach and reinforce essential life skills.
Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition to facilitate data-based decision making.
Collaborate with the BCBA or supervisor to develop and modify behavior support plans as needed.
Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families, promoting a collaborative and empowering environment.
Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:

Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related populations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships.
Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and ensuring the well-being of individuals served.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, valuing open communication and mutual support.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
